Construction Manager II

• Day to day field oversight
• First line contact for contractor on daily issues
• Collaborate with Safety to ensure safe practices on jobsite
• Ensures communication between site and contractors
• Monitor daily progress plans & specs adherence
• Monitors quality control
• Monitors schedule and reports any issues
• Generated daily reports and documentation photos
• Handles site logistics
• Coordinates submittals and approvals with engineering
• Coordinates site access and contractor site support needed
• Acts as construction STR for contacts
• Works with Construction Managers to ensure successful projects
• Support overall construction needs
• Required to work off shifts to support construction

• Associate or Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting construction projects in industrial commercial government or DOE environments preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to construction safety and experience working within established safety programs and procedures.
• Familiarity with construction drawings specifications and submittal processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field environment and coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• DOE Q clearance preferred.
