Job Description

What You’ll Do:

Manage and drive construction defect litigation matters from inception through resolution
Develop case strategy and work directly with clients to provide proactive counsel and exceptional service
Collaborate with a litigation team to deliver efficient high-quality outcomes
Contribute to a culture that values professionalism mentorship and community engagement

Required:

3–5 years of substantive experience in construction defect litigation
Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Preferred:

Prior experience using ProLaw
