A & A Renovations founded over 23 years ago is a growing residential remodeling company looking for dependable crew members to join our team. Whether you already have construction experience or youre eager to learn the trade were looking for people with a great attitude who want to grow with us long-term. We specialize in high-end residential exterior remodeling projects throughout the West Chester Bryn Mawr and King of Prussia areas.

What Youll Do as a Construction Crew Member

• Work alongside an experienced crew on high-end residential exterior remodeling projects.
• Contribute your existing skills while continuing to learn new ones through hands-on experience and training.
• Take on a variety of hands-on construction work from exterior renovations to custom outdoor projects.
• Work with tools materials and the crew to keep projects moving and deliver quality results.
• Grow into additional responsibilities including opportunities to drive the crew and equipment to local job sites.
• Take pride in completing high-quality work as part of a close-knit team.

• Ready for an Early Start: Have dependable transportation and be at our shop by 5:45 a.m.
• Experience Helpful Commitment Matters Most: Experience is a plus but well train someone who is hardworking eager to learn and wants a long-term career.
• Positive Attitude & Team Player: Be friendly easy to work with and willing to pitch in wherever needed.
• Comfortable with Physical Outdoor Work: Be ready to work outdoors climb ladders work at heights use tools and lift up to 80 lbs.

• $22-$32/hour DOE
• Full-time position with local work home every evening.

• Overtime Pay: Time-and-a-half for hours worked over 40
