Construction Asset Manager (Contract-to-Hire)

Work Arrangement

• Hybrid schedule
• 2-3 days per week in the office

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the financial and operational performance of an affordable housing portfolio
• Oversee capital improvement and rehabilitation projects from planning through completion
• Monitor reserves budgets cash flow and asset performance
• Ensure compliance with affordable housing programs financing requirements and LIHTC regulations
• Partner with property management teams consultants contractors and stakeholders
• Conduct portfolio analysis property inspections and long-term asset planning
• Present recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Real Estate Finance Business Construction Management Urban Planning or related field
• 5 years of experience in asset management affordable housing construction management property operations or related real estate functions
• Strong financial analysis budgeting and capital project management experience
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs including LIHTC and HUD-related programs
• Advanced Excel skills
