What Youll Do:
Support the Project Architect by preparing project specifications and construction documentation.
Prepare meeting minutes RFIs RFPs field reports change orders and other project correspondence.
Attend pre-bid meetings and bid lettings.
Review contractor payment applications material testing reports and construction submittals.
Advise owners on construction changes and recommend appropriate solutions.
Conduct site visits participate in progress meetings and document construction progress.
Provide construction administration services through substantial and final project completion.
What Youll Bring:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management Construction Administration or a related field or equivalent commercial construction experience.
Five or more years of experience managing or supervising commercial construction projects.
Working knowledge of commercial building codes and construction best practices.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
CSI CDT and/or CCCA certification is preferred but not required.
