In this role you will be working as a Construction Administration Specialist for a client that works in the architecture industry. This position will be responsible for ensuring construction projects are executed from concept to completion.
This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role can be worked remote as long as someone is in Texas.
Pay; $/Yr.
Job requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Architecture etc..
- Experience with construction administration - able to review plans shop drawings submittals etc..
- Able to wok with project managers contractors vendors and clients
- Track project milestones schedules and deliverables
- Strong knowledge of construction processes materials and best practices
- Knowledge of construction codes permits and safety regulations is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
