Agritek Recruiting is recruiting a Conditioning Operator for a established seed company in the Bloomington IL area. What youll do:
- Operate seed conditioning cleaning treating and packaging equipment
- Monitor seed quality and follow QA/sampling procedures
- Load unload and stage product using forklift
- Keep the plant clean safe and organized and do routine maintenance
- Record production and quality data accurately
What were looking for:
- Manufacturing warehouse or ag processing experience preferred
- Forklift experience a plus
- Detail-oriented and safety-minded
- Able to work shifts including nights during peak season
