About the Job

Were a concrete construction company looking for a Project Manager to lead our projects from start to finish. This role is fully onsite in the KC metro area no remote or hybrid option.

What Youll Do

• Manage concrete projects from planning through completion
• Handle schedules budgets and subcontractors
• Work closely with clients engineers and site superintendents
• Run project meetings and keep everyone on the same page
• Visit job sites to check progress quality and safety
• Spot problems early and solve them quickly
• Report progress to clients and leadership
• Make sure every project meets code and safety standards

What You Need

• Degree in Construction Management or related field (or equal experience)
• Experience managing concrete construction projects
• Strong knowledge of concrete materials methods and equipment
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable with Procore Primavera or MS Project plus Microsoft Office
• Organized and able to manage several projects at once
• OSHA certification
