Job Summary
Seeking a Computer Systems Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and efficiency of computer hardware and software systems.
This position involves maintaining analyzing troubleshooting and repairing computer systems hardware and peripherals. The role includes documenting upgrading and replacing hardware and software systems to support company operations effectively.

Responsibilities
- Support and maintain user account information including rights security and systems groups.
- Perform routine analysis and problem solving of network or PC software hardware or peripherals.
- Coordinate with hardware or software vendors for service as needed.
- Install computer hardware software and peripherals for new employees.
- Install new software packages and upgrades.
- Manage password assignments when necessary.
- Assist in creating system documentation and procedure manuals.
- Lead training sessions for employees on software and hardware system usage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Excellent customer service skills required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Two-year degree or equivalent preferred.
- General knowledge of a wide variety of software hardware and PC operating systems preferred.
