The Compliance Senior Analyst oversees complex licensing and regulatory compliance activities ensuring the organization meets all legal and industry requirements for pharmaceutical distribution. This role involves managing high-level licensing projects analyzing regulatory changes and serving as a subject matter expert for licensing processes and compliance strategies.

Location: Newark Delaware (Hybrid 3 days in office 2 days work at home)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the preparation submission and monitoring of license applications and renewals.
  • Maintain and audit comprehensive records of licenses certifications and compliance documentation.
  • Interpret and apply complex regulatory requirements to organizational processes.
  • Serve as a liaison with regulatory agencies and internal leadership on licensing matters.
  • Develop and implement process improvements for licensing workflows.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in laws and regulations affecting licensing requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school Diploma or GED required
  • 4 years in licensing regulatory compliance or contract management.
  • Experience in managing complex licensing projects and regulatory audits.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.

Preferred:

  • Industry-specific expertise (e.g. pharmaceuticals healthcare).
  • Knowledge of federal and state regulatory frameworks
  • Bachelors degree in Business Law Compliance or related field


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62800 - 104600 USD / yearly depending on relevant factors including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
