Job Summary

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to join the Legal & Compliance team of a highly regarded private investment firm. This is a broad business-facing role with meaningful ownership across the compliance program and regular exposure to senior leadership and teams across Investor Relations Finance IT and Investments.

The role is ideal for someone with investment management compliance experience who wants more ownership visibility and the opportunity to help improve and scale a sophisticated compliance function.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with the CCO on Form ADV Form PF and other regulatory filings
  • Help enhance the firms compliance testing program
  • Review marketing materials DDQs and investor communications
  • Administer Code of Ethics processes and related compliance systems
  • Support employee onboarding training and recurring compliance requirements
  • Monitor investment activity against side letters restrictions and regulatory requirements
  • Partner across Legal IR Finance IT and investment teams on compliance projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve controls workflows and processes

What You Bring

  • Compliance experience within financial services
  • Private fund adviser private equity credit or alternatives experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with compliance testing and marketing review
  • Familiarity with Form ADV Form PF and Code of Ethics administration
  • Strong judgment communication and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and across teams
  • Practical process-oriented mindset with strong issue-spotting skills
