Complex Commercial Energy Litigation Associate Attorney

We have an exciting opportunity for a litigation associate to join the Litigation team in our Dallas office. About you:

• You have 4-7 years of complex commercial litigation experience including very strong research writing and advocacy writing skills;
• You have case management experience and ideally have taken the lead in oral arguments taken/defended depositions and have significant party and third-party discovery experience;
• You have energy litigation and/or energy regulatory experience;
• You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials;
• And you are admitted (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in Texas.
