POSITION: Union High Competitive Cheer Coach
REQUIREMENTS:
- Prefer previous coaching experience
- Demonstrated ability to relate to young athletes and serve as a positive role model
- Experience working with multi-cultural and racially diverse student/athletes
- Outstanding communication abilities
- Ability to establish reasonable and consistent expectations for performance and conduct of students/athletes
- Willingness to make a year-round commitment to the program
- Demonstrated ability to direct and work with cohesive staff
- Ability to practice after school beginning at 3:00 PM each day
SALARY: Per the Master Contract
