As a Non-Medical Home Health Aide youll provide hands-on assistance and companionship while helping clients stay engaged in their daily lives.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility
• Planning and preparing balanced meals and providing feeding assistance when needed
• Performing light housekeeping including laundry dishwashing and general tidying to maintain a safe environment
• Transporting clients to appointments errands and outings as needed
• Providing companionship conversation and emotional reassurance
• Encouraging participation in daily routines and meaningful activities
• Observing clients and communicating noticeable changes in their condition

Qualifications include:

• Compassionate reliable and professional demeanor
• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
• Ability and willingness to travel within a 20-mile radius to client homes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have 2 years of caregiving experience
