Community Support Technician Part time

Location: Caldwell County and McDowell County Schedule: Days and hours vary by the position.

Universal MH/DD/SAS is seeking a dependable compassionate Community Support Technician to provide one-on-one Community Living and Supports and Respite services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. There are several positions open at this this role you will help the person supported build independence participate in the community and work toward personal goals.

• Provide individualized support in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily personal needs while promoting dignity choice and independence.
• Teach and reinforce habilitative and independent-living skills.
• Support participation in meaningful community activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent
