Job Summary

  • Bachelors degree or experience commensurate to 3-5 years experience in nonprofit or community-based programming.
  • Demonstrated ability to positively motivate external and internal partners.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Funder Program.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in meetings by phone email speaking to groups and one-on-one.
  • Very comfortable with standard office software Google products (Gmail Google calendar Google Docs and internet research Agency data management software and Data Storage systems.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and appropriately (through written word and public speaking) with varied stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in a team-based environment follow through on independent projects and balance multiple priorities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability and comfort level working in and with diverse populations.
  • Maintain current and working knowledge of funder state and local guidelines and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of relationship management systems.
  • Willing to work non-conventional hours which may include occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Must be comfortable in working in a fluid and evolving environment.
  • Willing to build upon and contribute to the vision established for the PACE program specifically and Grant Associates in general.
