Community Life Coach

We pioneer life-changing services that empower the people we serve to the supervision of the Manager The Community Life Coach is responsible for helping people with intellectual disabilities connect to their communities through such activities as community events / activities and volunteer opportunities. The CLC assesses skills and interests for participants implements service plans and facilitates the involvement within the community. The CLC assures safety in the community while securing activities that enrich the participants :High school diploma or G.E.D. required. Must be 18 years of age or be knowledgeable in Microsoft office and have the ability to use electronic charting have a valid drivers license and a good driving record as defined by AbleLight hire the CLC must successfully complete the Community Life Coach background check as defined by regulations and to lift at least 50 pounds.
