We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead operations at a multifamily community in Aurora Colorado. This role is responsible for overall property performance team leadership resident satisfaction and financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations leasing maintenance and resident relations
• Lead train and hold the on-site team accountable to AAM standards
• Manage budgets expenses rent collections and delinquencies
• Drive occupancy leasing performance and resident retention
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing local/state laws and AAM policies
• Conduct property inspections and maintain curb appeal and asset integrity

Qualifications

• 3 years of multifamily property management experience (Community Director/Property Manager preferred)
• Strong leadership financial and customer service skills
• Strong leasing experience
• Experience with property management software (Yardi AppFolio RealPage etc.)
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and New Mexico landlord-tenant laws
• CAM ARM or CPM designation a plus
