Location: Washington DC both positions are on-site providing the opportunity to work closely with attorneys clients and legal professionals in a collaborative office environment.
Note: An active Washington DC bar license is required along with 1 years of litigation experience.

Job Description
- Represent community associations and common interest communities in litigation and general legal matters.
- Manage assigned matters from initial assessment through resolution.
- Draft pleadings motions discovery correspondence and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop practical effective litigation strategies.
- Participate in hearings depositions negotiations and other litigation proceedings.
- Communicate directly with clients and provide clear practical legal guidance.
- Collaborate with attorneys and legal professionals on substantive matters.
- Take increasing ownership of cases while developing courtroom and client-management skills.
- Help clients navigate disputes and legal issues with a practical solutions-oriented approach.
Qualifications
- Active Washington DC admission required.
- 1 year of litigation experience required.
- Community association HOA condominium real estate property or related litigation experience is highly valued.
- Strong legal research writing organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
- Self-directed motivated and eager to gain meaningful courtroom exposure.
- Deposition and/or trial experience is a plus.
