Commercial CSR

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial CSR to join a close-knit and well-established team. This role is pivotal in supporting a commercial department by handling back-end tasks such as Certificates of Insurance (COI) endorsements policy changes and day-to-day service needs. You will work closely with 1-2 account managers to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client service. • Salary Range: $52000 - $65000 annually based on experience.

• Process Certificates of Insurance (COI) endorsements and policy changes.
• Handle day-to-day service requests and back-end administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with account managers to support a diverse book of business including accounts in agriculture construction trucking oil and gas and captives.
• Maintain accurate and organized records in the Epic software system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years in the workforce.
  • Prior experience in insurance or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Open to candidates from the financial industry or those willing to learn.
• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred but not mandatory.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is a plus.
