Commercial Litigation Attorney

Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a full-service California law firm to recruit a driven Commercial Litigation Associate for their growing disputes practice. This role offers immediate hands-on exposure to high-stakes domestic and international disputes across state and federal courts as well as complex arbitration. • Draft dispositive and procedural motions substantive briefs and legal memoranda.

• Manage complex discovery workflows including taking and defending depositions.

• Participate actively in mediations domestic/international arbitrations and trial preparation.

• Collaborate directly with partners on overarching case strategy and client communication.

• 25 years of commercial litigation experience.

• Active California Bar membership in good standing and a strong academic record.

• Proven track record in motion practice brief writing and discovery management.

• Deposition and arbitration/mediation experience is a strong plus.

• Salary range is between $175000.00 and $215000.00

• Year-end discretionary bonus potential
