We seek a Commercial Litigation Associate to support litigation matters in our clients commercial litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and be a self-starter who looks to take a strategic and leadership role in the matters they support. The candidate will receive practical real mentorship as they provide quality and effective representation.

Successful candidates will have experience litigating a variety of matters including defending lawsuits arising from personal injury property damage breach of contract and real estate.

• Understanding our clients goals aspirations and challenges and using that understanding to deliver the highest standard of personalized services in a timely and efficient manner.
• Creating innovative solutions and when advantageous providing a team approach to problem solving.
• Offering a diverse rewarding and welcoming place to work where attorneys and staff can achieve long-term growth personally and professionally.

Required Skills:

• Excellent drafting writing and research skills.
• Experience litigating various matters including personal injury property damage breach of contract and real estate cases.
• Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship management skills.
• Must be licensed to practice law in Washington State.
