Job Summary
Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Client Manager to join a team. This role is integral to maintaining and growing client relationships ensuring exceptional service delivery and managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial lines insurance excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing outstanding client support. This position offers a hybrid work schedule combining remote flexibility with in-office collaboration.
- Salary Range: $70000 - $80000 annually

- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial lines clients ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing proactive communication and addressing inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage policy renewals endorsements and claims processing
- Analyze client accounts to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Stay informed about industry trends market conditions and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date advice and guidance
- Assist in the preparation of proposals presentations and other client-facing materials
- Support the sales team in identifying opportunities for account growth and cross-selling additional services
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and applicable regulations
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial lines insurance with a proven track record of client management
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products coverages and industry practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in insurance management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
