Commercial Insurance Service Representative/Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Service Representative/Account Manager to join a team. This is a fully remote position with a well-established agency specializing in providing personalized insurance solutions to a diverse clientele with a strong focus on the Japanese American community. • Salary Range: $65000 - $80000 annually
• Work Environment: Fully remote (equipment provided)

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to claims policies and coverage.
• Process certificates of insurance and endorsements in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare accounts for renewal and assist with quoting processes.
• Quote new and renewal business (approximately 10% new 90% renewal).
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using AMS 360 software.

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Language Skills: Japanese bilingual skills are highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS 360 software is preferred.
• Soft Skills: Collaborative patient detail-oriented and professional.
• Account Types: Experience working with generalist accounts such as hospitality real estate laundromats retail doctors offices and law firms.
