Commercial Lines Producer

Seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to drive organic growth through new business development and relationship management. This role is ideal for a sales-focused insurance professional with a strong track record of developing commercial accounts building client relationships and generating new revenue.

The position offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment with access to strong carrier relationships and internal resources that support continued business development and client service.

• Develop and close new Commercial Lines business opportunities.

• Build and maintain relationships with business owners executives centers of influence and referral partners.

• Collaborate with internal service teams to support a positive client experience.

• Identify opportunities to provide risk management claims consulting and other value-added services.

• Generate cross-selling opportunities across complementary insurance and financial service offerings.

• Maintain strong carrier relationships and support marketing strategies for client accounts.

• Develop industry or niche expertise to support targeted business development efforts.

• 3 years of Commercial Insurance production experience.

• Proven track record of generating new business and growing commercial revenue.

• Existing commercial book of business preferred.

• Experience working with middle-market and/or large commercial accounts.

• Strong sales networking communication and relationship-building skills.

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

• Competitive base salary plus commission.
