Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing a generalist book of business with a focus on small to mid-market accounts particularly in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines excellent customer service skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team-oriented environment.

• Salary Range: $75000 - $100000 (commensurate with experience)

• Manage and support renewal and new business accounts.
• Serve as a knowledgeable and friendly point of contact for client inquiries.
• Quote and market accounts using online raters underwriters and general agents.
• Prepare coverage summaries proposals applications ACORD forms certificates and other necessary documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Maintain prompt and accurate communication to deliver five-star service.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in Commercial Lines (small to mid-market accounts preferred).
• Licensing: Valid California Property & Casualty (P&C) License.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with BOP/GL Workers Compensation D&O E&O and related lines. Experience with Epic software is a plus.
