Help manage one of the largest real estate portfolios in the countryover 30000 USPS leased facilities nationwide. As a Commercial Leasing Clerk with MBA Consulting Services Inc. youll play a key role in preparing and verifying lease renewal contracts ensuring accuracy and compliance for our Lease Administrators.

What Youll Do:

• Prepare and review commercial lease contracts and renewal documents for accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain organize and retrieve contract records as needed.

• Work closely with Lease Administrators to deliver complete accurate contract packages.

What You Bring:

• 3 years of administrative support experience preferably in commercial leasing or real estate.

• Strong attention to detail and proficiency with MS Word Excel and Outlook.

• Ability to work under supervision and follow established processes.
