Commercial Account Representative

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Representative to join a close-knit and communicative team. This role is integral to supporting our commercial lines of business which include a diverse portfolio of accounts such as main street businesses farms apartments and specialty risks. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative spirit strong customer service skills and the ability to manage a book of business with professionalism and efficiency. This is a hybrid position requiring the ability to commute to the office as needed.

• $56000 - $82000 annually based on experience
• 401K with company match
• Remote work equipment provided for hybrid work arrangements

• Manage a book of business valued at $3.3M with account sizes ranging from $1K to $150K.
• Handle daily tasks such as processing certificates endorsements and renewals.
• Provide exceptional client-facing service and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the team to quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Utilize EzLynx software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EzLynx software is highly desirable.
