Commercial Lines Account Manager

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts including contractors hospitality real estate and non-profits with account sizes ranging from $50000 to $500000. The ideal candidate will be a proactive organized and communicative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.

• Salary Range: $85000 - $100000 annually
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available

• Manage a book of business with approximately $500000 in revenue and a variety of accounts.
• Provide full-service account management including policy renewals endorsements and day-to-day client support.
• Collaborate with multiple producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation using EPIC software.
• Communicate effectively with clients underwriters and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in middle-market commercial lines account management.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
