Job Summary
Commercial Lines Account Manager
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a Risk Management team. This full-time exempt position will play a critical role in supporting Sales Executives by marketing processing and selling all lines of commercial insurance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of insurance contracts coverages and industry practices and will provide technical expertise to ensure the highest level of service to clients.
- Salary Range: $80000 - $95000 annually based on experience.

- Develop and produce submissions for various insurance coverages including complex coverages.
- Analyze and compare insurance policies to ensure optimal coverage for clients.
- Assist in quoting new and renewal business with a focus on Executive Risk (D&O EPLI Cyber Crime etc.) and middle-market accounts.
- Understand and apply knowledge of major insurance coverages including General Liability Commercial Automobile Workers Compensation Property Business Income and Umbrella policies.
- Interpret loss information loss forecasting collateral and accruals.
- Provide technical support to Sales Executives and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
- Pursue professional designations such as CPCU CIC CRM or ARM to enhance expertise.
- Education: High school diploma required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of prior insurance industry experience with a preference for candidates with 5 years of experience in Professional Lines.
- Licensing: Current Property & Casualty (P&C) Producer License or ability to obtain within three months of hire.
- Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and understand commercial lines coverage forms rating and policies.
- Proficiency in insurance software (experience with EPIC is a plus).
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
