Commercial HVAC Technician

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician with a valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license for a direct hire position in the Hartford CT area

Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM3:30 PM (on-site)
Pay:$35 - $45 per hour (based on experience)

• Inspect troubleshoot repair and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
• Maintain all required trade licenses and certifications.
• Comply with EPA Section 608 OSHA and all applicable federal state and local regulations.
• Follow all safety policies and properly use required PPE.
• Provide professional customer service while maintaining a clean and professional appearance.
• Work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Valid Connecticut OE2 or S2 license (required).
• Extensive experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.
• Clean driving record.
• Boiler and steam system experience preferred.

• Ability to stand walk climb ladders and stairs bend kneel crouch and lift up to 50 lbs. regularly (heavier lifting occasionally).
• Ability to work in mechanical rooms and other commercial environments.
• Must be able to safely use required PPE and perform work requiring close and distance vision.
