Commercial HVAC Project Manager

Location: Sioux Falls SD

Im currently working with a well-established commercial mechanical contractor in the Sioux Falls area thats looking to add an experienced Commercial HVAC Project Manager to their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from kickoff through closeout
• Develop and maintain project schedules budgets and timelines
• Coordinate with field crews subcontractors vendors engineers and general contractors
• Review project drawings specifications and contracts
• Manage RFIs submittals change orders and project documentation
• Order materials and coordinate equipment deliveries
• Track project costs and maintain profitability
• Conduct jobsite visits and support field operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and project teams
• Ensure projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget

Qualifications

• 4 years of commercial HVAC Project Management experience preferred
• Candidates with less experience who have the right attitude and potential are encouraged to apply
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Experience managing multiple projects at one time
• Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills
• Valid drivers license
