ACCIONA through its Facility Services division is seeking a Commercial Development Manager Manager to drive business growth in the United States with primary location in Dallas Texas.

This is a key opportunity to join a global leader in sustainable infrastructure and services and to contribute to the expansion of our operations in the U.S. market.

We are looking for highly motivated results-driven Sales Managers with solid experience in the facility services industry to lead business development efforts in the United States. These roles will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities managing the full sales cycle and building long-term relationships with key clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and execute commercial strategies to expand the facility services business in the U.S.

- Identify and approach new B2B opportunities focusing on mid-to-large size companies.

- Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and closing.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations marketing finance) to ensure successful service delivery.

- Monitor market trends competitor activities and emerging opportunities.

- Achieve sales targets and provide regular performance updates to senior management.

Job Description

Mission:Implement the assigned parts of the project within his/her unit/department in keeping with established procedure facilitating compliance with established deadlines and coordinating the necessary resources (human and material) so as to contribute to significantly improving the are responsible for identifying internal and external strategic problems that could affect the organisations growth and profitability. The duties include: identifying growth opportunities innovation of the business model and promoting cross-cutting initiatives between business units; tracking of medium-term/long-term market trends gathering of data on the competition for contributing to strategic discussions of commercial planning; identifying and developing models for optimal income (revenue management) distribution channels prices and strategies for new product development; identifying and negotiating strategic partnerships including financial agreements exchange of clients and intellectual property rights; prioritising and tracking investments through new initiatives for product development and all of this must be supported by a comprehensive analysis of the information in order to be able to make the best possible decisions.

Required Skills and Competencies

- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales ideally within facility services janitorial maintenance or integrated service solutions.

- Track record in developing new markets preferably within the U.S.

- Strong interpersonal negotiation and closing skills.

- Proactive independent and goal-oriented.

- Willing to travel domestically as required.

- Knowledge of U.S. service contract regulations or RFP processes is a plus.
