In this role you will focus on addressing the novel and complex legal and business issues that confront a fast-growing company committed to innovation. You will work primarily with our Subscriptions business teams negotiating revenue-generating will serve as a trusted legal partner to our LinkedIn Talent Solutions and LinkedIn Sales Solutions organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Independently draft review and negotiatetechnology-related agreements for LinkedIn Subscriptions business teams. Representative agreements include subscription agreementsdata processingagreements channel partner agreementsorder forms addenda and non-disclosure agreements.
- Collaborate with LinkedInsSalesDealDeskFinance Product and other cross-functional teams on internal approvals and escalations to ensure sales transactions areclosed on time andin accordancewithinternal corporate policies and processes.
- Act as atrusted legalpartner to the LinkedInTalent Solutions and LinkedIn Sales Solutions organizationsand drive new strategic projects andinitiativesthatimpactpositivebusiness results and sales opportunities.
- Optimizecontracttemplates playbooks andnegotiation and managementprocessesfor the Legal& Public Policyteam to create leverage andefficiency.
- Participate in the Legal & Public Policy teams pro bono initiatives.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- J.D. and admission to the bar or the ability to practice in-house in your office location
- 3 years experience practicing as atechnology transactionsattorney including a mix of experience in software licensing cloud services and/or AI-relatedtransactions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SMB and Mid-Market customer segments
- Experience with indirect sales transactions including with channel partners resellers and distributors
- Proficiency in data privacy and security frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to draft review and negotiate agreements independently with minimal supervision while exercising judgment in escalating material issues to senior attorneys as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships withteams across variousdisciplines and seniority levels

LinkedIn is committed to fair andequitablecompensation range for this role is $130000 to$ compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experiencecertificationsand specific office location. This may differ in other locations due tocostof labor considerations.
