Commercial Construction Superintendent

Qualifications :

Commercial GC Superintendent Crestwood KY

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and daily jobsite activities.
• Ensure OSHA safety compliance and maintain strong safety standards.
• Manage Procore including daily logs inspections drawings photos punch lists and closeout.
• Lead jobsite coordination and progress meetings.
• Review contractor scopes and assist with change orders.
• Coordinate inspections approvals and overall jobsite logistics.
• Work closely with the Project Manager clients and city officials.
• Must be onsite whenever construction work is underway.

Requirements:

• 5 years of Superintendent experience in Senior Housing or Multi-Family Residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PDF software such as Bluebeam or Adobe.
• Procore experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
