Were looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join a growing Bay Area general contractor. This is a hands-on PM role with full ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout/customer move-in.

Projects range from approximately $250K to $60M and include life science commercial/industrial construction tenant improvements and seismic/structural work.

What Youll Do

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Handle estimating proposals quantity takeoffs job walks and subcontractor buyout
• Manage contracts change orders RFIs submittals and project documentation
• Own project schedules monthly billings invoices and financial tracking
• Lead owner/contractor meetings and coordinate with Superintendents subcontractors architects and engineers
• Identify project issues early and keep schedules budgets and deliverables on track

What Were Looking For

• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Project Engineer or Assistant PM
• Strong commercial construction / General Contractor background
• Experience managing projects from start to finish
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of scheduling subcontractor management and construction documents
• Experience with Procore Bluebeam Microsoft Project and Excel
• Knowledge of AIA documentation and Sage 100 Contractor is a plus
• California drivers license with a clean driving record
• Commercial experience required residential-only backgrounds will not be considered
