Commercial Boiler Maker / Welder

Location: East Windsor CT or Burlington VT
Pay: $30-$50/hour DOE 3% annual bonus
Monday-Friday daytime 40 hours guaranteed

We are seeking an experienced Commercial/Industrial Boilermaker or Welder with hands-on boiler experience to join a growing team.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate weld assemble install maintain and repair commercial/industrial boilers.
• Read drawings welding symbols and technical prints.
• Perform quality inspections and safely operate welding/fabrication tools.
• Work as part of a team and maintain a safe clean work environment.

Requirements

• Hands-on commercial or industrial boiler experience required.
• Strong TIG and MIG welding skills; onsite weld test required.
• Welding fabrication installation maintenance or boiler-repair experience.
• Ability to read technical drawings and prints.
• Reliable work history and strong communication skills.
• Drug screen required.
