Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Commercial Attorneys to support a confidential legal AI project. You will apply your commercial contracting expertise to review agreements perform redlines and provide legal analysis to help train and evaluate AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and redline commercial agreements including MSAs NDAs and DPAs.
- Analyze contracts and apply established playbooks and company positions.
- Draft clear explanations supporting redlines and revisions.
- Apply contract drafting negotiation and technology transactions expertise.
- Collaborate with project teams to maintain consistent legal standards.
- Ensure accuracy and high-quality legal writing.
- Work independently in a remote deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar admission.
- 4 years of transactional legal experience at a law firm or in-house.

- Excellent legal writing analytical and contract review skills.
- Strong attention to detail and sound legal judgment.
- Experience in technology transactions is a plus.
