Commercial Account Manager (Omaha)
Job Overview: Our client is seeking to add a NEW Commercial Account Manager to their team.
The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for promoting and selling commercial services within an assigned territory while meeting or exceeding established sales goals. This position focuses on developing and expanding the commercial customer base through proactive business development relationship building networking and strategic marketing.
The Commercial Account Manager will identify new commercial prospects cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and Centers of Influence (COIs) and utilize established marketing tools and resources to generate new business opportunities. The role also supports emergency response opportunities by monitoring loss activity coordinating priority responses and ensuring timely follow-up with customers and prospects.
Success in this role requires a strong combination of business development relationship management communication organization and customer service skills.

What you will be doing as a Commercial Account Manager (Omaha)
- Identify and develop relationships with commercial prospects and key decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of commercial opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Develop Emergency Ready Plans and other preparedness resources for commercial clients.
- Conduct regular business networking and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain consistent one-to-one engagement with prospects and existing customers.
- Provide relevant value-added communication and industry updates to commercial contacts.
- Identify Centers of Influence and develop relationships that can generate future business opportunities.
- Identify and target commercial facilities that represent potential business opportunities.
- Develop Emergency Ready Plans and other preparedness resources for targeted facilities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with facility managers property managers and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular follow-up and ongoing relationship management.
- Use relevant industry information and content to maintain meaningful engagement with prospects.
- Participate in relevant business and industry associations.
- Attend networking events and industry functions to expand the commercial customer base.
- Coordinate and participate in continuing education opportunities for commercial clients and partners.
- Support sponsorships promotions entertainment and other business development events.
- Represent the organization professionally at industry and community events.
- Monitor first-response and emergency service opportunities.
- Conduct initial reconnaissance and lead qualification.
- Maintain current reference materials success stories and client resources to support business development efforts.
- Coordinate and execute local priority-response opportunities.
- Participate in storm response initiatives and related business development activities.
- Follow up on assigned opportunities to ensure customer needs are addressed and potential future opportunities are identified.
- Provide clear and accurate pretesting scoping and service estimates as needed.
- Monitor assigned jobs and maintain communication throughout the service process.
- Ensure customer expectations and needs are being met.
- Document relevant customer and project information for future business development.
- Maintain accurate records of prospects customers contacts and opportunities.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible B2B sales experience.
- Experience in sales and marketing within a service-based industry.
- Strong sales customer service organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong business and financial acumen.
- Results-oriented and process-driven approach to sales and business development.
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with customers prospects and industry partners.
- Strong working knowledge of current business software and technology.
- Experience in commercial cleaning restoration construction property services or the insurance industry is preferred.

Hours you will be work as a Commercial Account Manager (Omaha)
This is a full-time position with typical hours Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Additional hours and schedule flexibility may occasionally be required based on customer needs emergency response opportunities weather events and overall business demands.
The successful candidate will be a proactive relationship builder who is comfortable developing new business networking within the commercial community and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
