Are you ready to make your next career move tojoin our teamandassistthelocalbranchas aCollections Associate for KONE supporting our New York Metro District This position will be based out of our Manhattan office and will support all five boroughs as well as New Jersey collections. This role has a hybrid schedule following the training period.

• Doyouhave a background insuccessfully handling acollectionsdispute processfrombeginning to end

• Are you able to collaborate with all levels of the organization to achieve business goals

• Have youdevelopedaproficiencywith office management tools( SAPMicrosoftOffice Suiteetc.)

• Do you havethetenacityand perseveranceto seean objectivethrough to completion

• Have you been successful in documentingstatus updates/details to present to stakeholders

As our Collections Associateyouwillperforma variety ofcreditcollectiontasks related toourbranchoperationsincludinginitial contact with customerrequest action/follow-up appropriatelyandrecord arefacilitatedby you as youcoordinatewith theappropriate parties.

You willbring5years ofrelevantB2B Collectionsexpertiseand an appetite for learning an exciting and new will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourassociatesdegreeinarelated fieldoranadditional10years of SAP/Excel/GAPis required tobe successful in this role.

The hiring range for this role is $75900.00$99645.00. The compensation package offered will depend on candidates ability to meet the requirements of the role needs for the business strategy and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.

KONE Annual Bonus plan at 5% Target Incentivebased on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
