Job Summary
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience in mortgage operations loan closing post-closing or a closely related residential mortgage support function.
- Experience reviewing mortgage loan documentation for completeness accuracy and compliance with investor agency or regulatory requirements.
- Experience working in a high-volume deadline-driven environment with responsibility for managing an assigned pipeline of loans or cases.
- Familiarity with the Encompass loan origination system is strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail organization and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and service quality.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs and timelines.
- Demonstrated discretion and commitment to protecting confidential customer and employee information.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
