Collaboration Enablement Lead

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Collaboration Enablement Lead to join Intuitives IT Digital Workplace team in Sunnyvale this role you will serve as a trusted advisor to our business partners helping teams maximize productivity communication and collaboration through Intuitives digital workplace ecosystem. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs recommend collaboration solutions drive adoption and deliver an exceptional employee experience.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping people work more effectively building strong relationships leading change and translating business challenges into practical technology-enabled solutions. This role combines customer engagement training program management and collaboration platform expertise to create a world-class digital workplace experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned business functions building strong relationships and understanding their collaboration communication and productivity needs.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify challenges recommend solutions and optimize the use of workplace technologies including Microsoft Products Zoom Box Slack Smartsheet Asana and other collaboration tools.
• Lead end-user engagement activities including workshops consultations office hours onboarding sessions and training programs that drive adoption and improve the employee experience.
• Act as a trusted advisor by translating business requirements into effective collaboration strategies and recommending best practices that align with organizational goals.
• Develop user-focused communications training materials knowledge articles and enablement resources that promote successful adoption of digital workplace tools.
• Gather employee feedback and platform usage insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and enhancement of collaboration experiences.
• Support change management initiatives associated with new collaboration capabilities platform enhancements and digital workplace transformations.
• Collaborate with technical teams vendors and business stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of collaboration solutions while maintaining a strong focus on user experience.
• Lead or support projects involving collaboration tools employee experience improvements process optimization and workplace productivity initiatives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the organization.

Qualifications :

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting business users customer-facing technology programs workplace technology employee experience change management or business relationship management.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements recommend solutions and drive successful outcomes.
• Strong understanding of collaboration technologies such as Microsoft Suite Zoom SharePoint Box Smartsheet Asana Slack or similar platforms.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication presentation facilitation and training skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience leading user adoption change management communications and enablement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and consultative skills with a customer-first mentality.
• Experience gathering requirements managing stakeholder expectations and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and navigate complex organizational environments.
• Experience using data and user feedback to measure adoption identify opportunities and improve employee experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting digital workplace collaboration employee experience or workplace technology programs.
• Familiarity with collaboration platform governance compliance and business process optimization.
• Experience leading organizational change communications campaigns or technology adoption programs.
• Certifications in Change Management Microsoft 365 Collaboration Technologies or Project Management are a plus.

Minimum Education

• Bachelors degree in Business Organizational Development Communications Information Technology Human Resources or a related field.

This position may be filled at a different job level than listed here depending on
business need and/or on the selected candidates experience knowledge and skills.
Compensation will be based primarily on the job level at which the role is filled and the
candidates qualifications consistent with applicable law.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives benefits and equity. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role as actual pay will be determined based on several factors including experience skills and qualifications. The target compensation ranges are listed.
