Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Wind copper coils onto motor stators and components for frameless partially housed and fully housed brushless DC motors
Ensure proper coil tension alignment and placement to meet strict performance and efficiency standards
Perform visual and manual inspections to ensure precision and quality control
Maintain consistency to support low torque ripple and high precision speed control
Follow diagrams work instructions and engineering specifications
Maintain a clean and organized workstation
Adhere to all safety and production guidelines
Shift: Friday 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

Strong hand dexterity and fine motor skills
Excellent attention to detail and precision
Ability to work independently in a quiet environment
Comfortable performing repetitive high-precision tasks
Ability to follow technical instructions diagrams and measurements
