Stews earned its nickname the Disneyland of Dairy Stores because of its country-fair atmosphere with costumed characters and animated entertainment throughout the store that keep children entertained while parents Description:Coffee Roasters are responsible for taking raw green coffee beans and transforming them into roasted coffee beans using established standards. Team members work safely and adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards to provide customers with the highest quality packaged coffee beans and store brewed day-to-day:Examine cases and prepare production list being mindful of seasonal itemsWeighing batches of coffee beans in scale hopper and feeding raw beans into the roasting ovenMaintain proper temperature by observing the roaster thermometer and adjusting controls properlyEstimate roasting time by observing the color and aroma of the roasting beansProperly discharge the roasted beans to the cooling tray and once cool add flavoring when appropriate using appropriate measurementMaintain fill and rotate coffee displaysClean machines based on established standardTraining other team members as neededAdhere to all health sanitation and safety regulationsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications: 18 years of age or olderNo coffee roasting experience necessary but requires product knowledgeSafely use coffee roasterGreat customer service skillsGreat communications skills both written and oralThe ability to multi-taskWhat you bring to the team:Great work ethicHonestQuick thinkerProblem solverFlexibleWorking Conditions:The position requires bending squatting reaching pulling pushing and lifting up to 25lbsRequires repetitive use of handsSatisfy:Greet customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude ensuring that each customer feels welcome and :Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the store offering assistance and support where :Improve and maintain the efficiency of the store in order to reach success.
