Who are we looking for

Were looking for an enthusiastic Code Sensei to join our team.

This role is perfect for a recent graduate or college student who enjoys technology loves working with children and wants to develop teaching and leadership skills.

You dont need years of experiencewell teach you our curriculum and coaching methods. What matters most is your attitude reliability willingness to learn and ability to build positive relationships with children and parents.

What youll do

Learn the Code Ninjas curriculum through our structured training program.
Coach and guide students as they work through coding projects and challenges.
Help children build confidence problem-solving skills and a love of technology.
Create a fun welcoming and safe learning environment.
Support new students during trial sessions and provide feedback to parents.
Encourage students while maintaining high learning standards.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Keep the dojo clean organized and ready for classes.
Work closely with the Center Director and Lead Senseis as part of a supportive team.

What were looking for

Recent high school graduate college student or recent graduate (preferred).
Available Tuesday through Friday approximately 3:00 PM 7:00 PM.
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Enjoys working with children ages 514.
Friendly outgoing and professional personality.
Patient encouraging and able to communicate clearly with both children and parents.
Basic understanding of computers and technology.
Working knowledge of block-based coding and basic JavaScript.
Willingness to learn new technologies and teaching techniques.
Reliable punctual and able to work well in a team.

Bonus (Not Required)

Experience with coding robotics Minecraft Roblox Studio Python or game development.
Previous tutoring coaching mentoring or customer service experience.

Compensation: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour
