Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and passionate Cocktail Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in upscale dining or cocktail service is detail-oriented and has an innate passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive personalized service to guests while embodying Palmyres commitment to excellence in hospitality.
• Thoroughly understand our cocktail menu including ingredients preparation techniques and flavor profiles to confidently make recommendations.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of orders while maintaining impeccable service standards.
• Build genuine connections with guests to create a welcoming and memorable environment.
• Collaborate with bartenders management and other team members to ensure seamless operations during shifts.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in all service areas adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a cocktail server in an upscale dining or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails spirits and wine.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations.
• Flexible schedule including availability to work evenings weekends and holidays.
