Belay Technologies is seeking a CNO Analyst Programmer with experience developing software for mobile and embedded platforms. The successful candidate will support the design development and integration of CNO tools while participating throughout the software development lifecycle including technical documentation design reviews software readiness reviews and technical presentations.

Belay Technologies is seeking a CNO Analyst Programmer with experience developing software for mobile and embedded platforms. The successful candidate will support the design development and integration of CNO tools while participating throughout the software development lifecycle including technical documentation design reviews software readiness reviews and technical presentations.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Four (4) years of relevant programming experience in fields such as Computer Science Information Systems or Network Engineering. Or two (2) years of experience if you hold a Masters Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science Information Systems or Network Engineering from an accredited college or university. Or four (4) additional years of experience may be substituted for the degree
- Develop software for embedded or mobile platforms using proprietary Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) or open-source build environments.
- Design and develop end-to-end data flow and tasking for CNO tools.
- Develop Windows applications using Visual Studio environments.
- Develop UNIX applications using make files or comparable build environments.
- Program in Assembly C C Java Perl or Python.
- Prepare and author technical documentation.
- Participate in design reviews code reviews and software readiness reviews in accordance with Government software development procedures and processes.
- Author and deliver technical presentations on assigned projects.
