Are you a highly skilled CNC Programmer looking to take the next step into a technical leadership role We are partnering with a growing manufacturer seeking an Advanced CNC Programmer / Technical Lead to drive programming excellence optimize machining processes mentor operators and support future automation initiatives.

This is a hands-on role where youll have the opportunity to improve production efficiency reduce downtime develop best practices and serve as the go-to technical expert within the machining department.

What Youll Do

• Create and optimize CNC programs for production machining.
• Troubleshoot machining tooling setup and programming issues.
• Improve cycle times machine utilization and overall process efficiency.
• Lead setup validation first-piece approvals and production launches.
• Support fixture development and tooling optimization.
• Train and mentor CNC operators and setup personnel.
• Develop work instructions setup sheets and standardized processes.
• Support advanced manufacturing and automation projects.

What Were Looking For

• Strong CNC programming background.
• Experience with CAM software such as Mastercam Fusion 360 GibbsCAM Esprit HyperMill or similar.
• Advanced G-code knowledge.
• Strong setup fixturing tooling and troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to improve machining processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Leadership or mentoring experience preferred.
• Experience with Haas Mazak Brother Fanuc or similar controls is a plus.
