We are hiring a skilled CNC Setup & Production Machinist with experience operating and setting up Swiss-type CNC lathes. You will produce highly precise medical device components used in life-changing applications while working in a quality-focused ISO-regulated manufacturing environment.

Experience with Star Citizen Tsugami Tornos DMG Mori Mazak or similar CNC equipment is highly valued.
- Setup and operate Swiss-type CNC lathes
- Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings and process documentation
- Select and install appropriate tooling
- Set work offsets and make tool/offset adjustments
- Perform first-piece in-process and final inspections
- Verify dimensions using calipers micrometers indicators and other precision measuring equipment
- Maintain tight tolerances and superior surface finishes
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Troubleshoot machining tooling and dimensional issues
- Identify opportunities to improve cycle times quality and production efficiency
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping activities
- Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience
- Experience independently setting up and operating CNC Swiss-type lathes
- Strong understanding of Swiss machining and precision turning
- Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills
- Experience with precision measuring equipment including calipers micrometers and indicators
- Understanding of feeds speeds tooling work offsets and machining fundamentals
- Ability to troubleshoot machining and tooling issues
