CNC Programmer

• Interpret drawings and CAD/CAM files to create precise CNC programs.
• Develop test and optimize G-code for multi-axis machining centers.
• Select appropriate tooling fixtures and cutting parameters to maximize efficiency and part quality.
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot machining issues and refine manufacturing processes.
• Perform first-quality inspections and adjust programs to meet tight tolerances and quality standards.
• Maintain and update CNC program libraries ensuring version control and documentation accuracy.
• Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times scrap rates and tooling costs.
• Train and mentor operators on program execution setup procedures and best practices.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions and prototype development.
• Must be able to setup and operate all equipment in CNC

• Manufacturing/office environment

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in CNC programming a computer-related field or a mechanical field.
• Experience with programming and knowledge of electronics and machine tools is required.
• Ability to use CAD software (Autocad Solidworks)
• Must be able to read and interpret work orders and blueprints
• Experience with ERP Systems a plus
